• TERMINATION/CANCELLATION OF MEMBER ACCOUNTS

  CorpFreeSpeech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any member account and access to all or any part of this Site, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of any obligation by said member of these Terms.

  Where a member elects to voluntarily cancel their membership with CorpFreeSpeech, we shall provide the member with the opportunity to download a copy of all of that member's customer content and contact information for a one time fee which will be communicated to members at the time of termination.

  In the event of termination or cancellation, CorpFreeSpeech will retain a record of all member information and member customer content and contact information for a specified period of time as may be required by law.
